Join the Bluegrass Mushrooms Winter CSA and reserve your fresh mushrooms in advance for Saturday pickup from November through March.

Memberships are purchased one month at a time, so you can join for one month or as many months as you'd like.

Each share is $10 per Saturday and provides one portion of your choice of:

🍄 Lion's Mane
or
🍄 Mixed Oyster Mushrooms

You choose your mushroom type when you purchase your membership, and those mushrooms are grown specifically to help meet our CSA commitments.

CSA memberships are available separately for November, December, January, February and March.

You don't have to commit to the entire winter.

Choose either a Lion's Mane Share or a Mixed Oyster Share.

Your selection applies to every Saturday pickup during that month's membership.

If you purchase a Lion's Mane share, you are reserving Lion's Mane specifically—not simply whichever mushrooms happen to be available that week.

One share = one $10 portion each Saturday.

You can purchase multiple shares of either mushroom.

For example:

1 Lion's Mane Share = 1 portion of Lion's Mane each Saturday

2 Lion's Mane Shares = 2 portions of Lion's Mane each Saturday

1 Lion's Mane + 1 Mixed Oyster Share = 1 portion of each every Saturday

Simply select the quantity you want when ordering.

Your mushrooms will be harvested fresh and reserved for you for Saturday pickup.

Absolutely. Purchase a share of each and you'll receive one portion of Lion's Mane and one portion of Mixed Oysters each Saturday. You can also purchase multiple shares of either type.

Yes. Your Lion's Mane CSA purchase reserves Lion's Mane specifically for you. CSA enrollment allows us to plan our production in advance based on the number of Lion's Mane and Mixed Oyster shares that have been reserved.

Mushrooms are a farm-grown product, however, and occasionally production can be affected by circumstances outside our control. If we're ever unable to fulfill a prepaid share, we'll contact affected members and make arrangements to make it right.

Each share costs $10 per Saturday. January has five Saturday pickups, while November, December, February and March each have four.

Yes. We limit the number of memberships based on the amount of mushrooms we can reliably produce.

Lion's Mane and Mixed Oyster shares have separate availability, so one variety may sell out while the other remains available.

No. Your entire month is prepaid when you join. Your selected mushrooms are then reserved for you each Saturday of that month.

If you know you can't make a pickup, please contact Bluegrass Mushrooms ahead of time. You may also have a friend or family member pick up your share for you.

Because your mushrooms are grown, harvested and reserved specifically for your CSA membership, missed pickups are not refundable or carried over to another week. Alternate pickup arrangements may be available when arranged in advance, but cannot be guaranteed.
